Return / Refund policy

  1. Returns - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  2. Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet the above criteria. If the item(s) meet our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  3. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We will ship the replacement item(s) to you once we have received the returned item(s). Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  4. Faulty or Damaged Items If the item(s) you received are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items and will provide a replacement or refund once we receive the returned item(s).

  5. Change of Mind If you change your mind about an item after you receive it, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs for change of mind returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. Shipping costs for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the customer if the item has already been shipped.
